Meraki Vale GroupBuilt with soul, grown with purpose.

We are a young group building businesses that are meant to last for generations. We start with craft, run on modern technology, and grow one carefully chosen venture at a time.

Who we are

One group, many crafts.

Meraki Vale Group is the parent company behind a growing family of ventures. Each business has its own character, but all of them share one way of working: do it with heart, do it properly, and build it to last.

We start small, learn fast and reinvest in what works. Every brand in the group stands on the same foundation of strategy, technology and capital, so each one can focus on what matters most: its customers.

Meraki Vale Group is privately owned by its two founders. We build and grow our businesses ourselves, and no share of the group is for sale.

Meraki
(Greek) Doing something with soul, creativity and love: putting a piece of yourself into your work.
Vale
A valley: fertile ground where things take root and grow.
Together
A place where work made with care grows into something that lasts.
What Meraki Vale brings

Everything a growing business needs, under one roof.

Behind every Meraki Vale business runs the same engine. It is what lets a small brand move with the confidence of a much bigger one.

03

Digital growth

Social commerce, content and advertising driven by real numbers, tracked every day and improved every month.

04

Day-to-day presence in Bangladesh, close ties with artisans and suppliers, and quality checked at the source.

The road ahead

Big ambitions. One step at a time.

We are ambitious, and we are patient. This is where Meraki Vale is heading next.

    Kakatoa goes international

We are preparing to take Kakatoa to new countries, working with local operators abroad who know their market and share our standards.

    Restaurants in Dhaka

Our first restaurant is planned for one of Dhaka's most vibrant neighbourhoods: Dhanmondi, Uttara or Bashundhara. Concepts on the table include a traditional Korean BBQ house, a hand-pulled Lanzhou-style beef noodle bar and a gourmet burger shop.

    Agro ventures

Fisheries, poultry farms and cattle farms: food businesses built from the farm up, for a country that deserves more quality, home-grown produce.

Plans evolve as we learn. What never changes is how we build: with care, properly, and for the long run.

Growing with Meraki Vale

We don't sell places. We choose who we grow with.

Meraki Vale is privately owned, and we take on very few new ventures. The founders who end up growing with us tend to recognise themselves in a few things:

If that sounds like you, we would like to hear your story.

Start a conversation
  • They care about craft more than shortcuts.
  • They want to build something that outlasts a trend.
  • They are ready to lead with technology and data, not instinct alone.
  • They value honesty: in prices, in promises and in people.
How we work

What we stand for

Craft with care

Whether it's a handmade jute basket, a plate of food or a business we help grow, we put our name only on work we are proud of.

Honest dealing

Clear prices, clear promises and no surprises, for customers and suppliers alike.

Grow steadily

We reinvest, learn from the numbers and expand only when the foundation is solid.

Smart by default

We use modern tools and AI to run lean, so more of our energy goes into the product and the customer.

Our ambition
“To build a group people are proud of — from dining tables to homes around the world.”
Founders

The people behind the group

Two founders. One long-term ambition.
