How long does shipping take?
Our standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and any potential shipping delays.

What do I do if the item I am looking for is no longer available for purchase online?
Unfortunately due to popular demand, some items do sell out quickly online - if you see something online that you have to have, be sure to snap it up quickly! If you do happen to miss out, contact us and we will let you know if the item will come available again. Once we get a shipment of new stock and it becomes available for purchase, you will be sent an email informing you of the available new stock.
Can I cancel or make a change to an order?
No. Due to the complexity of managing multiple warehousing systems across our suppliers, we are unable to make any changes, size amendments or cancel an order in any instance once it has been placed. This also includes pre-order and backorder items.
What is your returns policy?
There are only 2 rules: your return needs to be received by us within 14 days of you receiving your items, and your items need to be unwashed and unused. Sale items are not eligible for return.
